Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 197197.475. Violations, penalty. — Any person who violates any of the provisions of sections 197.400 to 197.475 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided by law.
