Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 197197.268. Complaints, grounds, review. — The department shall receive, process, and dispose of complaints against a hospice. Any person may complain of any suspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation by a hospice or employee of a hospice. The department shall make rules providing for the processing of such complaints.
