Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 197*197.070. Until June 30, 2018, denial, suspension or revocation of license. — The department of health and senior services may deny, suspend or revoke a license in any case in which it finds that there has been a substantial failure to comply with the requirements established under this law.
