Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 196196.090. Sections 196.010 to 196.120 not applicable to animal food or garbage. — Nothing in sections 196.010 to 196.120 shall apply to any ordinary animal food grown on a farm; nor to any prepared food for animals the contents of which are stated on a label attached to the package or container in which such prepared food is contained; nor garbage fed to hogs.
