Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 194194.293. Uniformity of law a consideration in construing statutory provisions. — In applying and construing sections 194.216* to 194.290, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it.
