Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 194194.280. Falsification of documents, penalty. — Any person that in order to obtain a financial gain knowingly falsifies, forges, conceals, defaces, or obliterates a document of gift, an amendment or revocation of a document of gift, or a refusal commits a felony and upon pleading or being found guilty is subject to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand dollars or imprisonment not exceeding seven years, or both.
