Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 194194.180. Penalty for violation. — Any person violating the provisions of sections 194.120 to 194.180, other than the provision named in section 194.140, for the violation of which special penalties are therein imposed, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
