Title XII PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE
Chapter 188188.220. Taxpayer standing to bring suit, when, where. — Any taxpayer of this state or its political subdivisions shall have standing to bring suit in a circuit court of proper venue to enforce the provisions of sections 188.200 to 188.215.
