Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES
Chapter 173173.386. Assets may not be used for payment of debt. — Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the authority shall not have the power or authority to cause any asset of the authority to be used for the payment of debt incurred by the state, and the authority shall not have the power or authority to distribute any asset of the authority to any fund of the state of Missouri for the purpose of payment of debt incurred by the state.
