Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES
Chapter 173173.320. Selection of legislative members. — The member of the house of representatives who serves on the commission shall be selected by the speaker of the house, and the member of the senate shall be selected by the president pro tem. Each legislative member shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing power.
