Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES
Chapter 173173.252. Interest, guaranty student loan fund, use of. — The interest earned prior to fiscal year 1985 on the state guaranty student loan fund shall be used for the purpose of providing moneys for student financial aids as determined by the general assembly in the annual appropriation.
