Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES
Chapter 170170.161. Penalty for selling books without license. — Any publisher who sells, or offers for sale or adoption in this state, school textbooks of any kind without first obtaining licenses therefor under this law is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars and not more than five thousand dollars.
