Title XI EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES
Chapter 165165.161. Disbursements in metropolitan districts, how made. — All disbursements of the board of education in metropolitan districts shall be made by checks drawn or orders for payment issued upon a designated depositary in the form and subject to the regulations that the board provides.
