Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 7070.420. Powers and duties of commissioners. — The commissioners shall have the powers and duties and be subject to the limitations provided for in the compact entered into between the two states, and together with five commissioners from the state of Illinois shall form the "Bi-State Development Agency".
