Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 7070.360. Power given to distribute cost. — Any such city is hereby given power by its charter or amendment thereto to determine the manner, method and distribution of the cost of the work and rights-of-way to be paid for in special assessments and to establish thereby the procedure in such cases and the form of obligation to be issued.
