Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 7070.320. Suits may be brought in circuit courts. — Suits affecting any of the terms of any contract may be brought in the circuit court of the county in which any contracting municipality or political subdivision is located or in the circuit court of the county in which a party to the contract resides.
