Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6868.057. Competitive bids required, when. — Any expenditure made by a port authority, as defined in section 68.205, that is over twenty-five thousand dollars, including professional service contracts, shall be competitively bid.
