Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6767.5090. Citation of law. — Sections 67.5090 to 67.5103 shall be known and may be cited as the "Uniform Wireless Communications Infrastructure Deployment Act" and is intended to encourage and streamline the deployment of broadcast and broadband facilities and to help ensure that robust wireless radio-based communication services are available throughout Missouri.
