Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6767.5030. Eminent domain authority, district not authorized to exercise. — No district created pursuant to sections 67.5000 to 67.5038 shall be authorized to exercise the power of eminent domain.
