Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6767.2687. Notice of commencement of service, when. — An entity holding a video service authorization shall provide notice to each political subdivision with jurisdiction in any locality at least ten days before commencing video service in the political subdivision's jurisdiction.
