Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6767.050. Transfer of funds from one agency to another. — During the budget year, any political subdivision may transfer any unencumbered balance or portion thereof from the expenditure authorization of one department, office, commission, or other classification to another, subject to such limitations as may be provided by law or charter.
