Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6666.391. Delinquent taxes, interest rate authorized. — The governing body imposing the tax pursuant to the provisions of section 66.390 may provide for interest not to exceed two percent per month on delinquent taxes.
