Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6666.210. Failure to comply with section 66.200 — misdemeanor. — Any officer who willfully fails to perform any of the duties imposed by section 66.200 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
