Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6666.120. Change of venue — disqualification of judge — procedure. — A change of venue and disqualification of judge shall be allowed for the same reasons and proceeded upon in the same manner as in other misdemeanor cases.
