Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6666.090. Prosecuting witness to give security for costs, when. — In the event a complaint is made by a person other than the county counselor or a peace officer, the court may require the complainant to give security for the costs in such action.
