Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6565.570. Division of township — disposition of property. — When a township, seized of real estate, shall be divided into two or more townships, the township trustees and county assessor of the several townships constituted by such division shall meet as soon as may be after the first township election subsequently held in such townships, and when so met shall have power to make such agreement concerning the disposition of such township property, and the division thereof, as shall be equitable, and to take all measures and to execute all conveyances necessary to carry such agreement into effect.
