Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6565.183. Removal of township officers, procedure. — Any person serving as a township officer may be removed from the township board by a majority vote of the other board members for failing to attend two or more consecutive meetings of the board.
