Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6565.040. Abstract of returns. — The clerk of the county commission shall cause an abstract of the returns of said election to be made out and certified as in election for state and county officers and* record the same at length upon the records of the county commission of the county.
