Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6464.480. Law not applicable, when. — Sections 64.460 to 64.487 shall not be construed to prohibit any person from disposing of any ashes, garbage, rubbish or refuse from his own household upon his own land as long as such disposal does not create a nuisance. Sections 64.460 to 64.487 shall not apply to any disposal area operated by or under the control of any city, town or village and being located within the boundaries of such city, town or village.
