Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 60*60.600. Registered surveyors to be used — private employment prohibited. — Every employee of the department of agriculture who is engaged in work required by law to be done by a registered land surveyor will be so registered. No employee of the department of agriculture shall engage in private land surveying or consultation while employed by the department of agriculture.
