Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6060.311. Corners original position to be determined. — The restoration and utilization of the existent corners of the United States public land survey is a prime objective of every survey. Every means shall be undertaken to determine the position of the original corner before deciding that the corner is lost.
