Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6060.205. Failure to perform duties, civil action to obtain fine, amount. — Any county surveyor who shall fail to perform the duties required of him by this chapter shall be fined in a sum not exceeding ninety dollars, to be recovered by civil action, at the suit of the injured party.
