Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6060.160. Survey, land in dispute. — When lands, the title of which is in dispute before any court, shall be divided by a county line, the court making an order of survey may direct such order to the surveyor of any county in which any part of such land is situate.
