Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 6060.050. Bond, approval. — Such bond may be taken by the clerk of the county commission in vacation; and, if so taken, shall be approved or rejected by the county commission at the next term thereof.
