Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5959.460. Index to officers' commissions and bonds. — He shall, in like manner, make, keep and preserve a similar index to all the books of record wherein commissions and office bonds are recorded, containing the names of the officers appointed, and of the obligee and obligators in any bond recorded.
