Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5959.380. Land patents recorded. — All patents for lands lying within the state of Missouri, granted to any person or persons by the President of the United States or the governor of this state, may be recorded in the office of the recorder of the county in which the lands are situated; and the recorder shall be allowed the same fees for recording such patents as are allowed by law for recording deeds or other instruments of writing.
