Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5858.280. Failure to execute warrant — penalty. — Any sheriff failing to execute such warrant or to return the same shall forfeit and pay the sum of eight dollars.
