Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5757.500. Bondsmen liable, when. — The City of St. Louis may sue for and recover any and all sums of money payable into the treasury thereof by the sheriff of the City of St. Louis, for the payment of which said sums, the said sheriff and the sureties on his official bond shall also be liable.
