Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5757.230. Salaries of deputies from county treasury. — The county shall pay the salaries, in the amount approved by a majority of the circuit judges of the circuit court, of each deputy appointed by the sheriff and approved by a majority of the circuit judges of the circuit court.
