Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5757.140. Moneys collected on executions, to whom paid. — All moneys collected by the sheriff on executions shall be paid to the plaintiff or his order or his attorney of record.
