Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5757.050. Approval of bond. — Such bond may be taken by the clerk of the circuit court, in vacation; and, if so taken, shall be approved or disapproved by the circuit court at the next term.
