Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5656.820. Partial years to be used in computation of creditable service. — For the purpose of calculating benefits of a member, years of service as an employee and twelfths of a year are to be used.
