Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5656.570. Assistants and clerks — tenure. — The assistant circuit attorneys, clerks and stenographers appointed under the provisions of this chapter shall hold office from month to month, during the pleasure of the circuit attorney, and shall be removable at any time by the circuit attorney, at his option.
