Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5656.430. Circuit attorney — election — qualifications (St. Louis City). — At the general election to be held in this state in the year 1948, and every four years thereafter, there shall be elected in the city of St. Louis one circuit attorney, who shall reside in said city, and shall possess the same qualifications and be subject to the same duties that are prescribed by this chapter for prosecuting attorneys throughout the state.
