Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5656.140. Subject to fine, when. — If any prosecuting attorney shall fail to attend any term of the court having criminal jurisdiction in his county, held in pursuance of law, he shall be fined twenty-five dollars by the court, unless he show good cause to the contrary at the next succeeding term thereof.
