Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5555.260. Records clerk to report to auditor within ten days after any judgment (second class and certain first class counties). — Every clerk in charge of the records of each associate circuit judge of each county of the first class not having a charter form of government and of each county of the second class shall, within ten days after any judgment has been rendered in his court against any person for a fine or forfeiture, report to the auditor the name of the party against whom such judgment was rendered, the amount of the judgment, and on what account rendered.
