Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5555.040. Office created (second class and certain first class counties). — The office of county auditor is hereby created in all counties of the first class not having a charter form of government and in all counties of the second class in this state, and the provisions of sections 55.050 to 55.300, except the provisions of section 55.125, shall apply to all such counties.
