Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5353.060. Deputies — appointment — assessor responsible for official acts. — Each deputy assessor shall take the same oath and have the same power and authority as the assessor himself. The assessor is responsible for the official acts of his deputies.
