Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5353.020. County clerks to issue certificate of election. — The clerks of the respective county commissions shall deliver to the persons appointed as provided in this chapter, immediately after their appointment, a certificate thereof, under the seal of their respective county commissions.
