Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5151.390. County clerk to collect fees (third and fourth class counties). — The clerk of the county commission, in counties of the third and fourth classes, shall charge and collect in all cases every fee accruing to his office by law, except such fees as are chargeable to the county.
